• Pour the sachet into 250ml of boiling water and stir for 2 minutes until fully dissolved
• Add 250ml of cold water or ice cubes
• Pour into moulds or ramekins
• Leave to set in the fridge for at least 4 hours

• Whisk the sachet with 500ml of cold milk for 2 minutes
• Leave to stand for 5 minutes at room temperature
• Refrigerate or enjoy straight away
