📬 Receiving your package

📍 Collection at a Relay Point

Your parcel will be available at your chosen pickup point for 5 days . After this period, it will be returned to Pop's America.

Shipping costs are not refunded in case of non-collection.

🔒 Security and tracking

We work closely with our carriers. All collection points are equipped with cameras.

⚠️ Fragile products

Warning ! Some products may be damaged during transport despite our reinforced protection.

  • Cans: May sustain some impacts during transport. We can no longer offer exchanges once a can has been damaged (road transport).
  • Chocolates (rabbits, bears, eggs): Fragile products that can be damaged by shocks, no exchange possible if they arrive broken.
  • Glass bottles: Reinforced protection but still at risk of breakage. No refund will be given without a claim upon delivery.
🌡️ Summer period: Chocolates may arrive melted during periods of high temperatures. We cannot guarantee their integrity and no claims will be accepted for chocolates that have melted in the summer.

💡 Tip: You have the right to open your package in front of the delivery person or at the collection point to check its contents. If there is a problem, make a note of it immediately.

🍬 Packaging of bulk candies

All our candies are individually wrapped. When you order two quantities of the same product, the bulk items will be grouped together in the same bag for each flavor.

For separate packaging of each quantity, please specify this in the comments section of your order.

📋 Complaints

Important: No claim can be processed if the package is received without reservation.

If your package is delivered to a locker , please check it on site and contact the carrier directly via the locker to make your claim.
