Shipping your package

Pop's America undertakes to ship all orders placed before 2:30 p.m. (GLS & CHRONOPOST). Each order is processed instantly by our logistics. To ship your orders, we use several carriers: Chronopost, GLS and Colissimo (for Corsica).

=> With CHRONOPOST DIRECT2SHOP (Relay) (Deadlines not guaranteed) you benefit from delivery in 3 to 5 days to a relay point if your order is placed before 2:30 p.m. Chronopost delivers on Saturday. (France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany)

Please note, during the end-of-year holiday period, Chronopost may drop off your parcel in a relay other than the one initially chosen if the first relay is saturated with parcels. The delivery person undertakes to drop off the package at the nearest relay station. Pop's America cannot intervene in these modifications.

=> With CHRONOPOST EXPRESS 6 p.m. (Guaranteed deadlines) you benefit from delivery the next day before 6 p.m. at home if your order is placed before 2:30 p.m. Chronopost delivers on Saturday. Some departments are not delivered within 24 hours. The departments concerned: 27, 62, 59, 80, 02, 08, 55, 57, 54.

=> With GLS delivery is made within 48/72 hours (deadlines not guaranteed), to your home but also to a relay point if you are absent. Order shipped the same day if your order is placed before 2:30 p.m. GLS does not deliver on Saturdays.

No shipping on Saturday and Sunday.

In the event of a delay in an express delivery, Pop's America cannot be held responsible for a delayed package.

  • 59€ purchase in France (excluding Corsica)
  • 99€ purchase in Spain
  • 69€ purchase in Belgium
  • 99€ purchase in Italy

Receiving your package:

Following numerous daily fraud attempts, we work closely with our carriers. We have permanent access to the driver's GPS tracking and can therefore see in real time whether the driver has left the package at your home during a home delivery dispute. Also note that all relays are equipped with cameras.

If delivered to Lockers, please check your package at the Lockers and contact Chronopost via the Lockers to submit your complaint.

No complaints will be accepted if the package is received without reservation.

Fragile Products:

  • We warn our customers that fragile products such as cans may suffer some shock impacts during transport despite all efforts to protect bottles and drinks. We can no longer make exchanges as soon as a can has taken a hit, it is road transport and not products displayed in a store, there is always a risk.
  • Chocolate products such as bunnies, teddy bears, and eggs cannot be exchanged if they arrive broken. They are fragile products which can suffer shocks during transport despite protection.
  • Chocolates are likely to arrive melted during the high heat period that we experience during the summer, we cannot guarantee that the products will arrive intact. This is at the customer's risk and no complaints will be entertained in the event of melted chocolate.
  • Glass bottles can break despite reinforced protection. Without complaint upon delivery of the package, no refund will be granted in the event of breakage. You can take the time to open your package in front of the delivery person or the relay, it is within your rights.

Relay availability time:

Each package left at a relay point is available for 5 days. After this period, the package is returned to Pop's America. We will not reimburse the shipping costs of the package.

We will also deduct €5.90 from the order reimbursement for return costs when the package is returned to us, GLS and Chronopost charge for the return of the package.

Customs fees can sometimes be added to deliveries in the French Overseas Territories. This does not depend on us but on French customs. We are not able to know the amount or even if there will be any.

All orders are protected, however we warn that if you order cans, we cannot be held responsible for any shocks that packages may suffer during transport.

All our orders are shipped with a tracking number. You can find this number at any time in your account by going to your order or directly in the various tracking emails received during the delivery of your package.

You are informed at each stage of your package.

All our packages are shipped with Pop's America tape with a warranty strip. Depending on the size of your order, our packages are personalized in Pop's America colors (sky blue).
