Shipping & Delivery Methods
Shipping your package
Pop's America is committed to shipping all orders within 48 hours. Each order is processed instantly by our logistics team. We use several carriers to ship your orders: Mondial Relay and Colissimo (for Corsica).
No shipping on Saturdays and Sundays.
In the event of a delay in express delivery, Pop's America cannot be held responsible for a delayed package.
Pop's America delivers to all of Europe , except the UK.
Receiving your package:
Due to numerous daily fraud attempts, we work closely with our carriers. We have permanent access to the driver's GPS tracking and can therefore see in real time whether the driver has actually delivered the package to your home in the event of a home delivery dispute. Please also note that all relay points are equipped with cameras.
In case of delivery to Lockers, please check your package at the Lockers and contact Chronopost via the lockers to make your complaint.
No claim can be accepted if the package is received without reservation.
Fragile Products:
- We warn our customers that fragile products like cans may suffer some shock impacts during transport despite all efforts made to protect bottles and drinks. We can no longer make exchanges once a can has taken a shock, this is road transport and not products displayed in a store, there is always a risk.
- Chocolate products such as rabbits, bears, and eggs cannot be exchanged if they arrive broken. They are fragile products that can be damaged during transport despite their protective packaging.
- Chocolates are likely to arrive melted during the intense heat we experience during the summer, we cannot guarantee that the products will arrive intact. This is at the customer's risk and no claims will be considered in the event of melted chocolate.
- Glass bottles can break despite reinforced protection. If the package is not claimed upon delivery, no refund will be issued. You can take the time to open your package in front of the delivery person or the pick-up point; it's within your rights.
Relay availability time:
Each package dropped off at a relay point is available for 5 days. After this period, the package is returned to Pop's America . We will not refund the shipping costs of the package.
All orders are protected, however we warn that if you order cans, we cannot be held responsible for any shocks that the packages may suffer during transport.
All our orders are shipped with a tracking number. You can find this number at any time in your account by going to your order or directly in the various tracking emails received during the delivery of your package.
You are informed at each stage of your package.
All our packages are shipped with Pop's America tape mentioning a guarantee strip. Depending on the size of your order, our packages are personalized with the Pop's America colors (Sky Blue).
Bulk Candy Packaging:
All our candies are individually packaged. When you order two quantities, the bulk items are grouped together in the same bag for each flavor. For separate packaging for each quantity, please request it when ordering.
