Return Policy
Items purchased from Pop's America can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. The product must be in the same condition you received it and must not be damaged in any way. No product must be opened.
You are allowed to remove the product from its packaging, unless it is sealed. If you decide to return the items, you will need to let us know by filling out the return form on our website.
You can also let us know that you wish to return your order by emailing us at info@popsamerica.com https://popsamerica.com/gb/. Please note that you must return the items to us within 14 days of notifying us of your return.

Processing your return
After receiving your return package, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method (used for purchase), unless you prefer otherwise. The refund will be issued within 3 days.
You will have to cover the return costs yourself, they are your responsibility.
Non-returnable items
The following types of items cannot be returned. In accordance with Article L. 121–20–2 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer is reminded that the above right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Perishable or limited shelf life products such as: Snacks, drinks, sweets, cereals with a very short or expired date (ANTI-WASTE)
- Products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons. Such as: Food and Beverages
- Candy, Chocolate, Mega and American boxes cannot be returned.
- Products that are delivered sealed and cannot be returned with a broken seal.
