Returns Policy

Items purchased from Pop's America can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and must not be damaged in any way. No product must have been opened.

You are allowed to remove the product from its packaging, unless it is sealed. If you decide to return the items, you will need to let us know by completing the returns form on our website.

Processing your return

After receiving your return package, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund.

Money will be refunded to the original payment method (used during purchase), unless you prefer otherwise. The refund will be made within 3 days.

You will have to cover the return costs yourself, they are your responsibility.

Non-returnable items
