In the United States, the caramel apple is the treat of county fairs and autumn evenings. Warheads, the brand behind candy that bites back, has made its own version.
Each Ooze Chewz rope pairs a soft chew dusted with sour green apple sugar with a melty caramel filling. The apple's tang hits first, then the caramel takes over and mellows everything out. An autumn edition that makes a change from the brand's usual fruity flavours.
The 100% American tip: slip them into your Halloween candy bags, they always stand out next to the classics.
On Pop's America, also discover the whole Warheads range, from extreme sour candy to Ooze Chewz.
