The base is a classic poppy seed dressing: oil, cane sugar, red wine and cider vinegars, onion and a touch of mustard. The poppy seeds add a light crunch to every bite.
How to use it: on a spinach and berry salad, a grilled chicken salad with almonds, or mixed leaves with fresh cheese. It also goes well with a fruit salad.
