Briannas has been making its dressings in small batches since 1982 in Brenham, Texas. This champagne style vinaigrette gets its name from its light, lively profile, created by blending wine vinegars with grape juice, with no champagne in it.
Dijon mustard gives it body, capers and garlic add a bold savoury note, and cracked black pepper rounds it off. Honey softens the acidity without making the dressing sweet.
How to use it: on a green salad, potato salad or roasted vegetables. Briannas also recommends it as a marinade for chicken, fish or grilled meats.
