A sauce made from 3 peppers : Bhut Jolokia , known to be one of the most powerful peppers in the world, the Mexican Habanero pepper and the Scotch Bonnet pepper from Jamaica. You take these 3 peppers and combine them into one sauce.
To spice things up, Encona also added a little garlic, mustard, and onions to further enhance the flavor of this sauce. It's still best enjoyed as a side dish rather than on its own.
