Oreo Mini Chocolate concentrates all the pleasure of the world's best-selling cookie in a miniature format perfect for snacking. The ingredients include unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine B1, riboflavin B2, folic acid), sugar, palm oil, soybean and/or canola oil, alkali-processed cocoa (Dutch process), high fructose corn syrup, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate and/or calcium phosphate), salt, soy lecithin, chocolate, and artificial flavoring.
The flavor profile offers the perfect balance between the intensely chocolatey, slightly bitter cookie and the smooth, creamy vanilla filling characteristic of Oreo. The Dutch process (alkali treatment) gives the cocoa its deep black color and softens its natural bitterness. Each mini cookie is approximately 2.5 cm in diameter, about one-third the size of a classic Oreo, making them perfect for enjoying in a single bite.
Oreo was created in 1912 by the National Biscuit Company (Nabisco) in New York. For over a century, this sandwich cookie has been the world's best-selling cookie , available in more than 100 countries. The Mini version was developed to meet the demand for convenient formats for modern snacking. Today, Oreo is part of the Mondelēz International group.
