For real American pancakes, you need Pearl Milling Company (Aunt Jemima) Pancake Mix . For a typical American breakfast, just add milk and an egg to enjoy delicious pancakes. Soft and delicious, a real culinary journey awaits you on the plate!

Of British origin, the pancake crossed the Atlantic Ocean and was imported by European immigrants and English settlers. Very appreciated for its “fluffy” appearance, this generous pancake is generally enjoyed with maple syrup. A combination of the two words “pan” and “cake”, it is quick to prepare, ideal for breakfast.

Aunt Jemina has existed in the USA for over 130 years. Their story began with a mill in the town of St. Joseph, Missouri. Specializing in the production of flour, corn and semolina, it was in 1889 that they created the famous self-rising pancake mix under the name Aunt Jemina. Since then, the marketing of the pancake mix and its syrup has gone around the world.

It was in 2020 that PepsiCo and The Quaker Oats decided to rename Aunt Jemina to Pearl Milling Company .
