Discover Cracker Jack The Original , the snack that has embodied the soul of America for over 130 years ! This unique blend combines puffed popcorn generously coated in shiny molasses caramel with roasted peanuts for an addictive contrast of textures. Each bite delivers that signature crunch followed by a sweet and salty sweetness that has won over generations of Americans.

The magic of Cracker Jack lies in its perfect balance: the popcorn remains light and crispy thanks to a secret process that prevents the kernels from sticking together, while the caramel provides a rich sweetness subtly enhanced by the molasses. The peanuts add a salty note and a satisfying texture. The recipe remains true to the original with only 7 ingredients : sugar, corn syrup, popcorn, peanuts, molasses, salt, and oil.

And of course, the tradition continues: each box contains a surprise inside ! Since 2016, the small toys have been replaced by QR codes that unlock baseball-themed games – but the excitement of discovering the prize inside remains the same. Contains peanuts and soy .

Tip : Cracker Jack is synonymous with baseball games – it's been THE official snack of American stadiums for over a century! It's also perfect for movie nights, picnics, or simply satisfying a sweet and salty craving. Americans love to munch on it by the handful while watching a game on TV.

About Cracker Jack : The story begins in 1871 in Chicago , when Frederick William "Fritz" Rueckheim , a German immigrant who arrived in the United States at age 14, opened a popcorn stand after the Great Chicago Fire. In 1873 , his brother Louis joined him from Germany, and together they founded FW Rueckheim & Bro . In 1893 , they introduced their new creation—popcorn mixed with peanuts and molasses—at the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago . The product was well-received but too sticky! In 1896 , Louis discovered a secret process (adding oil during mixing) that prevented the kernels from clumping together. When a vendor tasted the new recipe, he exclaimed, " That's a cracker jack! "—an expression meaning "that's fantastic!" at the time. The name was adopted and registered the same year with the slogan " The More You Eat, The More You Want ." In 1899 , Henry Gottlieb Eckstein invented the airtight "Triple Proof" packaging, enabling nationwide distribution. In 1908 , Jack Norworth immortalized Cracker Jack in his song " Take Me Out to the Ball Game " with the lyrics "Buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jack"—forever linking the brand to American baseball. In 1912 , the tradition of the " Prize in Every Box" was established. In 1916 , the mascots Sailor Jack and his dog Bingo appeared on the boxes, designed by Andrew Loomis . Sailor Jack was inspired by Robert Rueckheim , Frederick's grandson, who tragically died of pneumonia at the age of seven shortly afterward. The image is engraved on Frederick's tombstone. Borden acquired the brand in 1964 , then sold it to Frito-Lay (PepsiCo) in 1997. Production is currently handled by Wyandot Snacks in Marion, Ohio . Cracker Jack remains a staple in all Major League Baseball stadiums and is still one of the most iconic snacks in American culture!
