Pop's America: Your online American grocery store
Pop's America is a story that dates back to 2006. After a trip to New York and Montreal, we came back with our suitcases full of American candy, cereals and chocolate bars from Canada.
Our project was to import all these products to France so our friends could enjoy them. To introduce flavors exclusively reserved for Canadians and Americans, to discover Fanta flavors or candy we had found during our trip. The project was left on hold. That was 15 years ago... After gaining solid expertise in e-commerce and logistics throughout our professional careers, we decided to create the young family startup Pop's America in January 2022. It was the right time to get started.
Our priority is to satisfy each and every one of our customers so they can come back whenever they wish to place their order with complete ease and peace of mind. Our concept is fairly simple: only in-stock products, same-day shipping, 3 carriers for home or pickup point delivery, quality products at attractive prices. We also strive to be available 7 days a week, by email, phone or chat to help you choose your USA snack purchases.

Il arrive parfois que vous ne verrez pas la date limite de consommation sur votre article, plus particulièrement sur des boissons.
Aucune inquiétude, c'est tout à fait normal sur des produits importés des USA. La date est toujours affichée sur la fiche article de notre site, et elle se met à jour automatiquement en fonction du stock qui est présent sur le site. En cas de doute, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter, toutes les dates des produits vendus sont en notre possession.

Produit en rupture de stock
Tous nos produits sont intemporels. Ils restent donc toujours en ligne sur notre site, et nous vous laissons la possibilité d'être averti par email lorsque le produit est de nouveau disponible. Il suffit de remplir la case "Me prévenir par email de la disponibilité du produit".
Nous essayons également d'afficher les dates de retour en stock sur chaque article en rupture.
Dès lors qu'un article est de nouveau en stock, vous recevrez un email pour être avertis.
Certains produits étant saisonniers, il peut y avoir plusieurs mois de délais avant qu'ils reviennent en stock.

Notre support est disponible par mail et téléphone du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 18h. En dehors de ces horaires, nous vous proposons de nous contacter directement par Whatsapp ou Messenger pour une réponse dans l'heure, aussi bien après 19h que le weekend.
Nous essayons d'être disponible 7 jours sur 7 pour répondre à vos demandes.
Mes canettes sont arrivées avec des bosses
Nous vendons les boissons pour la consommation, nous ne pouvons pas garantir qu'elles arriveront sans impact pour la collection. Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé sur des canettes Monster entre autres en cas de bosses.
Nous essayons également de préciser sur chaque fiche si il y a des impacts sur les canettes à l'envoi.

Vous pouvez retrouver le suivi de votre colis directement dans votre compte en allant sur votre commande ou bien dans le mail reçu lors de l'expédition de votre commande.
